About this voyage
An inspiring Alaskan adventure awaits on this 10-night roundtrip voyage from the Canadian oceanfront city of Vancouver. We begin our cruise sailing through the stunning Seymour Narrows, part of the Inside Passage, arriving at the fishing harbor of Ketchikan to admire the houses built on stilts over the water and the 19th-century totem poles. Alaska's cultured capital, Juneau, is next, followed by Skagway, famous for its wonderfully preserved Gold Rush-era buildings. Witness the unforgettable spectacle of the Hubbard Glacier as we come to Sitka, where evidence of its former Russian rule can be seen in the onion-shaped dome of St. Michael's Cathedral. Klawock, a significant Tlingit settlement and gateway to Misty Fjords National Park, is next, before a day at sea brings us to Victoria, Canada, the cool cosmopolitan capital of British Columbia. Our journey ends back in Vancouver.
