There's one awe-inspiring sight after another on this voyage around Alaska, which sets sail from the Canadian oceanfront town of Vancouver. Cruising through the Seymour Narrows, part of the famed Inside Passage, our first stop is the cultural hub of Ketchikan, where the houses are built on stilts over the water and beautiful Native American totem poles abound. Next, we come to Wrangell, home of the Tlingit people, before arriving at Icy Strait Point, a former salmon cannery turned outdoor activity center where you can try the world's largest ziprider. In Sitka, the onion-shaped dome of Saint Michael's serves as a visual reminder of the days when this was Russian territory. Next you can witness the unforgettable sight of the Hubbard Glacier calving great chunks of ice into the sea – a bucket-list experience for many – before we arrive at our destination, Seward.
