Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear guidance for cancellations, payment issues and refunds across Worldway travel services.

Last updated: 3 November 2026.

Fully paid does not mean fully refundable.

Your fare, rate, deposit and cancellation conditions determine voluntary refund eligibility. Review them before purchase. Non-refundable restrictions do not remove remedies required by applicable law.

1. Your booking conditions come first

Worldway Travels Group uses the trading names Worldway Travels and Worldway Technology. Refund requests for Worldway-managed bookings may be directed to hello@worldwaytravelsgroup.com. The booking record and applicable terms determine the responsible provider and the available remedy.

Eligibility depends on the service, supplier, fare or rate, cancellation deadline and applicable law. Review the conditions presented before payment and keep your confirmation. Flights, hotels, buses, tours, cruises and private aviation can have different rules. There is no universal cancellation fee or refund period for all products.

2. How to request a cancellation or change

Use the booking’s supported cancellation channel or our contact desk and select “change or cancellation”. Provide your booking reference, traveller name, travel date and requested change. Where a deadline applies, act promptly and retain the time and acknowledgement of your request. A request starts review; it does not itself confirm that the supplier has cancelled or amended the service. Mandatory customer rights and legally valid notice are not overridden by this process.

3. Penalties, fees and non-refundable items

A booking expressly sold as non-refundable is ordinarily ineligible for a refund following voluntary customer cancellation, subject to its disclosed conditions and applicable law. This can apply to flights, hotels, activities, tours, cruises, transport and other services. A deposit is non-refundable where that restriction was expressly disclosed and is lawfully applicable; deposits are not automatically non-refundable in every transaction.

Paying the full price never automatically makes a booking fully refundable. Partial, full and conditional refunds depend on the particular purchase, supplier contract, fare or rate rules, purchase and cancellation dates and the conditions accepted for that booking. Lawfully applicable supplier penalties, non-recoverable costs and disclosed Worldway fees may be deducted. No-shows, missed departures, unused services and customer-requested amendments follow the applicable booking conditions.

Any applicable supplier penalty, Worldway service fee, non-refundable component or fare difference depends on the disclosed booking conditions and the law. A non-refundable label does not remove statutory remedies. Do not assume that all taxes, deposits, unused services or no-shows are treated identically. Ask for the proposed cancellation calculation before approving a chargeable change.

4. Supplier cancellation or material service change

If a confirmed service is cancelled or materially changed, contact Worldway to establish the options available for that booking. Depending on the circumstances, these may include an alternative, a credit or a refund. Your entitlement is governed by the booking conditions and applicable law; it is not automatically limited to a supplier credit. Supplier non-performance or Worldway error must be assessed against the contracted service and mandatory remedies; a non-refundable label does not automatically defeat those remedies. Do not accept a replacement until you understand any price or term changes.

5. Payment taken but booking not confirmed

A debit, payment acknowledgement or wallet deduction alone does not establish a confirmed reservation. If confirmation is missing, contact us under “billing” with the payment reference, amount, date and any booking reference. We need to reconcile the payment with the booking outcome before confirming whether a reservation exists and what refund or reversal is due. Do not submit a second payment or booking while the first outcome remains uncertain without checking with us.

6. Refund stages and processing time

Refunds can pass through separate stages: eligibility review, confirmation of the refundable amount, payment-provider initiation and bank or card posting. “Approved” or “initiated” does not necessarily mean the funds have reached your account. Supplier review, payment method, bank processing and currency conversion can affect the time involved.

The applicable legal deadline takes priority. Ask Worldway for the current stage, expected timeframe and, after initiation, the refund reference where available. A single fixed number of days is not promised across all products. If an advised timeframe has passed, contact “billing” with the original payment and refund references.

7. Where the money is returned

Refund routing follows the original payment method, applicable payment rules and verified transaction circumstances. Bank or card refunds, wallet reversals, booking credits and vouchers are different outcomes. A credit must not be presented as a cash refund, or substituted where the law requires another remedy. Any deductions and currency-conversion effect should be explained for the transaction.

8. Complaints and supporting information

If you disagree with a calculation or the handling of a refund, select “complaint” at our contact desk and explain the outcome you seek. Share references and relevant correspondence, never a full card number, CVV, banking password or one-time code. Your rights under applicable consumer and payment laws remain available.
