Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective 4 November 2026 · Last updated 4 November 2026
1. Digital delivery, not physical shipping
Worldway primarily arranges travel services and delivers related documents electronically. Standard bookings do not involve shipment of physical goods. Where a particular service requires physical documents, collection, courier delivery or an in-person handover, its specific terms and any charges must be disclosed before purchase.
2. What documents you may receive
Depending on the product and supplier, digital documents may include a payment receipt, booking acknowledgement, flight e-ticket, hotel confirmation, bus ticket, transfer voucher, activity or tour voucher, cruise documents, itinerary, charter correspondence or another service-specific record.
A payment receipt or submitted enquiry is not, by itself, proof of a confirmed reservation. Supplier acceptance and the service's confirmation requirements determine when a booking is confirmed.
3. Delivery channels and timing
Where supported, Worldway delivers documents through the customer account, booking interface, the email address provided during checkout or a separately agreed secure channel. Documents are issued after the relevant provider has confirmed the booking and supplied the necessary information. Some services have additional verification, payment, passenger-data or document-release steps.
Delivery timing varies by product, provider and operational circumstances. Review the expected issuance and service dates shown during booking; no universal instant-delivery promise applies to all travel services.
4. Missing, delayed or incorrect documents
If payment was taken but a booking confirmation or expected travel document has not arrived, do not automatically repeat the payment. Check the account booking status and contact Worldway with the booking or payment reference. We will investigate the transaction and whether supplier confirmation exists.
Check traveller names, departure details, dates, locations and voucher instructions promptly. Request corrections through the appropriate booking support process; supplier amendment rules and applicable consumer rights may affect the outcome.
5. Digital access and security
Use the secure booking channel to provide any required passenger documents. Never send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers or CVVs through an ordinary support message or AI conversation. Keep tickets and vouchers accessible during travel and observe any supplier instructions about presenting a printed or offline copy.
6. Cancellation, non-fulfilment and refunds
If a requested service cannot be confirmed or delivered, available options depend on the transaction, supplier conditions and applicable law. For cancellation procedures, failed-payment handling and refund stages, consult our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These delivery terms do not restrict mandatory consumer remedies.
7. Support
For delivery assistance, use our Contact Us page or email hello@worldwaytravelsgroup.com. Include the relevant booking or payment reference but do not submit sensitive identity documents through a general form. Read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for additional information.
