Experience overview

Towering groves of Cedar, Hemlock, and Douglas Fir set the stage for a private journey through Stanley Park's hidden history, where breathtaking natural beauty meets tales of mystery, tragedy, and intrigue. Beneath the peaceful forests, scenic beaches, and picturesque gardens lies a darker past filled with forced evictions, buried treasure, notorious crime scenes, and the chilling story of Deadman's Island Beginning outside the Vancouver Aquarium, the experience winds through forested trails surrounded by some of the Pacific Northwest's oldest trees before emerging onto the famous Stanley Park seawall. Sweeping waterfront views of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore Mountains create a stunning backdrop while stories of lost treasure, forgotten settlements, and local legends bring the park's history to life. Along the route, Stanley Park's world famous totem poles stand as powerful cultural landmarks, while the story of the lost Indigenous village of Xwayxway reveals another layer of the park's past. Hidden among the beauty are shocking tales of true crime and long buried secrets that transformed Stanley Park into one of Vancouver's most fascinating and mysterious destinations. This private experience offers a personalized and immersive way to discover the beauty, history, and hidden stories woven throughout Stanley Park.
