Experience overview

Make the most of your time in port on this full-day scenic adventure along Sydney's stunning southern coastline. With a maximum of 19 guests, travel along the spectacular Illawarra coastline to experience breathtaking coastal scenery, beautiful beaches, local history, and a taste of the relaxed Australian way of life. Travel south to Stanwell Tops, where panoramic clifftop views stretch across the coastline. Continue to the iconic Sea Cliff Bridge, a highlight of the 140km Grand Pacific Drive. Take a walk across the bridge, suspended above the ocean with waves breaking below. From May to November, the coastline is also a popular vantage point for spotting migrating whales. Next, visit a local Illawarra beach and enjoy some free time to soak up the coastal atmosphere. Take a swim, watch the surfer, or relax with a coffee at the beachside cafe. Continue to the Royal National Park, Australia's oldest national park, for lunch in a picturesque waterside setting surrounded by native bushland. Keep an eye out for local birdlife as you enjoy a break in the peaceful natural setting. Your final stop is La Perouse, a historic headland rich in both Aboriginal and European heritage. Discover some of the area's early European settlement structures and Aboriginal cultural heritage while enjoying views across the water toward Kurnell, where the English arrived in 1770 to claim this land. After a day filled with coastal scenery, local history, and authentic Australian experiences, return to the ship with plenty of memorable moments from your time along Sydney's southern coast.
