Paddling provides a great core workout, but on this West Indies excursion, you will be travelling downwind with the current so you won't be exhausted by the end of the tour. After meeting your experienced tour guide, you will be given a brief safety instruction and some tips on basic paddleboard maneuvers. Spend some time in the calm waters at White House Bay practicing your stroke before your guide leads you paddling down the coastline at your own pace. View magnificent sights along the shore with breathtaking cliffs, beautiful scenery, and marine life along the way. It's the perfect way to see St. Kitts.
