Pisa On Your Own from La Spezia

Experience overview

With this 5-hour tour, you'll experience Pisa on your terms, without the constraints of a large group. This flexibility allows you to focus on the attractions you're most interested in, spending as much or as little time at each one as you like. Upon departure from La Spezia, you'll board a free shuttle bus from the pier to the terminal, where you'll meet your transfer hostess for a scenic, 1-hour drive to Pisa. You'll arrive at the Pietrasantina car park, where your hostess will escort you along the ancient city walls up to Porta Santa Maria, offering a stunning view of the Piazza Dei Miracoli. Capture a photo of the Leaning Tower, renowned for its 4-degree tilt due to shifting soil beneath it. Once in Pisa, you'll have approximately 3 hours of free time to explore as you wish. You can visit the 11th-century Romanesque Cathedral and the nearby Baptistry, browse the vendor stalls, or relax in one of the many cafes while observing the local students heading to the University. This is your tour, tailored to your preferences! At the end of your time in Pisa, you'll reconvene with your driver at the prearranged time and location for your return journey. You'll depart from the Pietrasantina car park and arrive back in La Spezia, right in front of the Cruise Terminal (Largo Michele Fiorillo) in approximately 1 hour.
