Island Tour by Train, Tram and Boat

Experience overview

The breathtaking mountain and seascape presented here may have no rivals worldwide. Starting with a charming train ride from Palma to Soller, you'll see the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range. Head to the Port de Soller by tram, then board a catamaran and sail to Calobra Cove before reaching Torrente Parallels (Twin Streams). Then travel by motorcoach to visit a tanning factory in Inca. The mountainscape forming Mallorca's Sierra de Tramuntana was declared a World Heritage Site in 2011. You'll admire beautiful views of the Tramuntana range in a historic 20th century electric train. Your English-speaking guide will entertain you with stories and escort you to the old-fashioned tram, which will take you to the Port de Soller. If weather and sea conditions permit, you'll then board a vessel to the white-pebble cove of Sa Calobra, where you will have time on your own for lunch. Visit the Torrente Parallels, two streams of water flowing into a stunning gorge, prior to visiting the small town of Inca. Incans specialized in wine production before turning to leather tanning in the 19th-century. You'll have a chance to visit a tanner and purchase some of the local wares before making your way back to Palma. This is an ideal tour to see Mallorca's stunning nature and capital city.
