As such, your chef will teach you how to turn all essential ingredients (flour, butter, water, and salt) into the typical Italian pasta. You will make three different types of pasta: spaghetti, tagliolini, gnocchi or ravioli. You will have the choice of three sauces made with seasonal meat, fish, and fresh vegetables to pair them perfectly. You will enjoy the labors of your hard work eating your delicious creations and celebrating with Prosecco over a magnificent view of Venice. This fun class is suited for adults and children alike.
