You'll be transported to a rustic yet regal ranch on the outskirts of Buenos Aires and warmly welcomed by the host family. Once you've sampled a few specialties, like empanadas (meat pastries), and sipped renowned Argentinean wines, your gaucho festival begins. Excellent horsemen and cattle herders, the gauchos will demonstrate their skills and traditions as you explore the fertile lowlands, known as the "pampas." You can walk around the beautiful property, take pictures of the countryside, and soak up the South American sun. After building up an appetite, it's time for a typical Argentine "Asado" (BBQ), including mixed salads, chorizo (pork sausage), beef steaks, chicken, and dessert.
